Christmas Morning Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 slices white bread, buttered (crust removed)
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook sauce until well done and crumble well.
    Drain on paper towels and set aside.
    Spread each slice of bread on both sides with soft butter.
