Flank Steak Teriyaki Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. each: soy sauce and honey
    2 Tbsp. each: vinegar and finely chopped onion
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (about 1 1/2 lb.) flank steak (not scored)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except steak and pour over flank steak. Marinate 8 hours or overnight.
    Turn occasionally.
    Barbecue steak over hot coals, turning once until done, about 8 minutes on each side for medium rare.
    Baste occasionally while grilling.
    Carve slices thin, cutting on diagonal from top to bottom of steak.
