Christmas Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. green mangoes
    8 onions, chopped
    6 c. sugar (white)
    4 tsp. mustard seed
    1 doz. red mangoes
    4 tsp. salt (table)
    1 1/2 pt. white vinegar
    2 large bunches celery
Preparation
    Grind mangoes and onions.
    Add salt and cover with boiling water.
    Let stand 5 minutes then drain.
    Mix sugar, vinegar and mustard seed with mangoes and onions.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Chop celery last.
    Stir in good.
    Put in hot jars and seal.
