Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 rounded Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. cheese, grated
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped jalapenos
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine milk, oil and eggs.
Beat to mix.
Add dry ingredients and stir well.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Pour into greased pans and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
