Granny'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. salad oil
    3 c. flour
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour into 2 large or 4 small bread pans that are well-greased.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
