Laura'S Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. peanut butter (smooth)
    2 c. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. whipped cream
    4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    3 Tbsp. and 2 tsp. brewed coffee
Preparation
    Melt 1/4 cup butter; add brown sugar and graham crackers. Press into 9-inch springform pan. Put in refrigerator to cool. Whip presoftened cream cheese with beater. Add peanut butter, sugar and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Whip to smooth consistency. Whip cream and vanilla in a separate bowl. After cream forms stiff peaks, add to peanut butter mixture by hand. Mix until smooth. Pile into pie shell.
    Chill 6 hours. About an hour before serving, melt chocolate with coffee in double boiler until smooth. Spread over chilled pie. Chill until chocolate is set.
