Apple Raisin Sauce(Pancake Topping) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cider
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. cider
    1/4 c. flour
    3 apples, peeled and diced
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 c. brandy
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/2 cups cider, brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
    Stir over low heat.
    Mix 1/4 cup cider, brandy and flour separately.
    Then stir into warm mixture.
    Stir until it begins to bubble. Then add apples and cook until tender.
    Serve over pancakes.
    Serves 6.
