Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/3 c. raw instant rice
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except raisins and cinnamon.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Last 1/2 hour, add raisins.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
