Chocolate Almond Sodas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) Swiss bittersweet almond chocolate bar
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    3/4 c. very hot water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 scoops ice cream (vanilla is best)
    4 c. club soda (approximately)
Preparation
    Break chocolate bar into small pieces.
    Place in blender container with instant coffee, almond extract and water.
    Blend on medium until smooth; add milk and blend.
    Place one scoop ice cream in each of 4 soda glasses.
    Pour chocolate mixture equally into glasses.
    Fill with club soda.
    Serve with long handled spoons and straws.
