Rita'S Easy Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. Bisquick mix
    1 1/2 c. milk, warmed
    bacon grease or Crisco
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix flour, Bisquick and warm milk in bowl.
    Knead until smooth.
    Divide into 1-inch balls.
    Let set, covered, 5 minutes to 2 hours.
    Roll each ball out on floured board to form a circle. Roll quite thin.
    Brown in greased frying pan or griddle.
    Serve warm or use to make burritos.
    Makes 8 medium or 16 small.
