Egg And Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 1 crust 9-inch pie
    1/2 lb. sausage
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry; flute edges.
    Do not prick. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 7 minutes.
    In skillet, cook sausage; drain well.
    Sprinkle hard-cooked eggs in bottom of pie shell.
    Top with sausage and cheese.
    Combine beaten eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over all.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
