Zucchini Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. Bisquick
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    2 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    Add eggs. Stir in zucchini.
    Pour a small amount of batter into hot oiled saute pan.
    Cook about 3 minutes on each side.
    Serve while warm.
