Whole Orange Ginger Cranberries - cooking recipe

16 ounces fresh cranberries
2 cups sugar
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. orange zest
1 tbsp. peeled, finely minced fresh ginger
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the berries pop open, about 10 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate covered.
