Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and carrot until tender in 1/2 cup water. Drain.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Top with 1/4 cup stuffing mix. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
