Horseradish Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup (1/2 pint) heavy cream, whipped
    3 tablespoons prepared white horseradish
    2 tablespoons green onions, minced
Preparation
    Mix together and spread on each side of smoked fish (salmon and sturgeon). Roll up and serve with toothpicks. Chill until ready to serve.
