Pumpkin Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pumpkin
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Blend 1/2 cup oleo with 1 yellow cake mix until crumbly; sprinkle over pumpkin mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve with Cool Whip or for different flavor, add 1/4 cup mayonnaise to Cool Whip.
    This give a cream cheese-like taste.
