Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 leftover baked potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. frozen hash browns
    1 bunch spring onions
    2 to 3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    pepper to taste
    sharp cheese (garnish)
Preparation
    Peel and clean eyes of potatoes.
    Peel and clean onions, leaving about 2 inches of green stalk.
    Crush potatoes.
    Warm milk, seasonings and butter on low heat.
    Add potatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Garnish with cheese.
