Ingredients

6 (1 oz. each) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. Scotch whiskey
1/2 c. heavy cream
chocolate curls (optional)
Preparation

Place chocolate in small, heavy saucepan.
Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, just until melted.
Remove from heat. Lightly beat egg yolks with 1/4 cup sugar and whiskey.
Mix in melted chocolate.
