Cowboy Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs (2 Tbsp. water and 2 Tbsp. oil may be substituted for each egg for cholesterol free cookies)
    2 c. chocolate chips (2 c. peanut butter chips or Reese's Pieces may be substituted)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and sugars.
    Add eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
    Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
    Add chocolate chips and oatmeal.
    Bake for 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
