Whole Wheat Cutout Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. Crisco shortening (not oil)
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour (2 c. whole wheat, 2 c. regular)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients until creamed.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Cover; chill overnight.
    Roll out on lightly floured board; cut out desired shapes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 to 7 minutes on cookie sheets lined with baking paper.
