Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Flake fish, add eggs and milk and mix well.
    Add crumbs and seasonings.
    Form loaf.
    Bake in a greased baking dish for 30 minutes at 275\u00b0.
