Dakota'S Fried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (8 oz.) chicken breasts
    flour
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    buttermilk
    shredded lettuce
    Dressing
Preparation
    Skin, debone and pound chicken breasts to an even thickness; dip each into flour seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper, then into buttermilk, then into flour mixture one more time.
    Fry until golden and tender; drain on paper towels.
    Slice and arrange on a bed of shredded lettuce.
    Top with dressing.
