Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shredded and chopped head lettuce
    2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 small can chilies, chopped and drained
    1 red onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef browned and mixed with 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 pt. sour cream mixed with (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 jar piquant sauce (medium or hot)
Preparation
    In 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish, layer ingredients in order given. Chill and serve with tortilla chips.
