Chicken-Spinach Picnic Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 c. broccoli florets
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
Parmesan cheese
3 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 oz. fresh spinach, torn in bite size pieces
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Mix soy sauce, vinegar, oil, onion, sugar and pepper and pour over chicken to marinate.
Refrigerate for at least several hours. Combine spinach, broccoli, chestnuts and bacon.
Just before serving, add chicken mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
