Pork Loin With Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 lb.) pork roast
    1 lb. can applesauce
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, mustard and pepper; rub over pork roast. Place flat side up in roasting pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Combine applesauce and other ingredients.
    Spread over roast. Bake 1 hour longer.
    Serves 8.
