Tarragon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
seasoned flour
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
salt to taste
Preparation

Dust chicken breasts with seasoned flour.
Heat a large saute pan over medium heat. Add oil and saute chicken to brown. When chicken is browned on one side, turn and brown second side and add seasoning, Dijon and heavy cream. Cover and let simmer until the chicken has finished cooking.
Add a little water if sauce gets too thick. When chicken is done, remove from heat and keep warm.
