Denver Omelet(Serves 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 oz. each: Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Monterey Jack cheese
    4 fresh medium mushrooms
    1/8 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet.
    Add onions, pepper and mushrooms.
    In medium bowl, mix eggs and milk.
    When onions become translucent, add egg mixture to skillet.
    As eggs cook, shred cheese.
    Add cheese immediately before serving.
