Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 c. sugar
    1 large bag coconut
    5 eggs, beaten well
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add sugar, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well. Add coconut.
    Pour into two 8-inch pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
