Boneless Chicken And Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken cutlets
    3 fresh peaches, sliced
    3 Tbsp. peach or apricot preserves
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. white Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    In a saucepan reduce wine by 1/2 and remove it from heat.
    Add preserves and Worcestershire sauce and let cool.
    Arrange chicken and peaches in a glass baking dish.
    Top with preserve mixture and marinate overnight.
    Sprinkle brown sugar over the top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve over steamed rice.
