Key Club Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. lime juice
    grated rind of 1 lime
    2 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Blend the milk with lime juice, grated lime rind and egg yolks in a bowl.
    Pour into the graham cracker crust.
    Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar in a bowl until foamy.
    Add the sugar gradually and beat until stiff peaks form.
    Spread over filling, sealing to edge of crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 4 minutes or until brown.
