Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 cans Bush's chopped sauerkraut, drained
    6 medium potatoes, halved
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 medium onion, halved (optional)
    1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in hot fat and drain.
    Add sauerkraut, then brown sugar, potatoes and onion on top.
    Salt and pepper potatoes, then add hot water.
    Bring to a boil and turn down heat to low. Put tight lid on and cook for about 45 minutes.
    Serve with cornbread.
