Garlicky Roast Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, cut into wedges
    salt and pepper
    12 cloves garlic
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Place potato wedges (skin side down) in baking dish.
    Season, scatter garlic and dot with butter.
    Roast 30 minutes, until well browned.
    Turn to insure even roasting.
