Zeppolis(With Ricotta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 lb. Ricotta
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix well (very sticky dough).
    Drop by scooping with hands into hot oil.
    Zeppolis will rise to top.
    When golden brown remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Eat hot.
