Mom'S Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 large can Pet evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
2 qt. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
touch of salt
1/2 c. fruit (optional)

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add Pet milk, sugar, milk, vanilla and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in fruit.
Freeze until electric freezer stops.
Makes 1/2 gallon.
