Ingredients

6 eggs
2 3/4 c. sugar
6 c. milk*
5 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
5 c. half and half*
Preparation

Add sugar to beaten eggs gradually and beat until very stiff. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and put in ice cream freezer. Work the freezer as usual or use an electric freezer as directed.
