Lemon Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    2 c. boiling water
    2 grated lemon rinds
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, flour and sugar.
    Add boiling water gradually, stirring constantly.
    Cook 5 minutes on the surface unit on high heat.
    Add butter, egg yolks, rind and juice of lemon.
    Turn switch off.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Cook until thick. Pour in baked shell and cool.
