3 medium ripe avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 c. sour cream
3 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
