Granny'S Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 small jars baby food prunes
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Sift the flour and measure. Re-sift twice with the spices and salt.
    Add the prunes, sugar, oil and eggs; mix thoroughly all ingredients except pecans with electric mixer. Fold in pecans by hand. Turn into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Check for doneness after 1 hour and 20 minutes. Turn onto cake rack and cool. Ice with a powdered sugar glaze icing.
