Another Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium squash, stewed and drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 carrot, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1/2 small can evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Top with Ritz crackers.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
