Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. bleached cake flour
    6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. butter (do not substitute margarine)
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Gradually add sugar, beating until sugar is dissolved.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla and flour.
    Add cream last.
