Sausage Cabbage Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. kielbasa or polish sausage, 1/4 inch slices
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. sweet onion, chopped
2 med. potatoes, sliced
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown sausage and drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Yield: 6 servings.
