Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium sized onions
    1 green pepper
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 qt. can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. cooked shrimp
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 dashes Tabasco
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut up onions, green pepper and celery and fry in oil 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, Tabasco and vinegar. Simmer slowly for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add cooked shrimp 15 minutes before serving.
    Serve
    with rice.
