Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. Marshmallow Creme
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine butter, sugar and milk in large saucepan.
    Over low heat, bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
    Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring to avoid scorching.
    Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir vigorously, making sure everything is dissolved.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13--inch pan. Refrigerate until it gets hard.
    Makes about 3 pounds of fudge.
