Bonfiglio'S Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, separated
    9 Tbsp. sugar
    8 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. ice cream (any flavor)
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks with sugar.
    Add flour.
    In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold egg whites into egg, sugar and flour mixture.
    Pour in greased and floured cookie sheet pan with sides, approximately 11 x 17-inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Remove from pan on a towel or rack and when cool, spread ice cream (softened) on cake.
    Roll like a jelly roll; wrap and freeze. Serve frozen.
