Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together into a large bowl.
    Make a well in the center and add in the order given the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat with wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in carrots, coconut, nuts and pineapple.
    Blend until well blended.
    Pour into well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool completely and frost with cream cheese icing.
