Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. boiling water
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. All-Bran
4 c. 100% Bran Buds
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda, mixed with 1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix and refrigerate overnight.
Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Keeps 1 month in refrigerator. Yields about 8 dozen.
