'Schrooms(Excellent Mushrooms) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. sliced scallions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 oz. Neufchatel cheese (or any herb cheese)
    2 tsp. grainy mustard
    3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. crumbled bacon or sausage, cooked
Preparation
    Remove and chop mushroom stems.
    Saute chopped stems and scallions in butter until tender (liquid should be absorbed). Remove from heat.
    Combine cheese, mustard and Worcestershire. Add to mushroom mixture with meat.
    Mix well.
    Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels.
