Divinity Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. white sugar
2/3 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 egg whites, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix sugar, corn syrup and water in saucepan.
Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved, then cook, without stirring, to 260\u00b0.
Remove from heat and pour, beating constantly, in egg whites.
Add vanilla and continue beating until mixture holds its shape and becomes slightly dull.
Fold in nuts.
