Crabmeat Muffin Appetizers - cooking recipe

6 oz. crabmeat
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
dash of salt and pepper
8 English muffins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine crabmeat, Swiss cheese and mayonnaise in bowl; add garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Spread on muffins.
Arrange on cookie sheet.
Bake until cheese melts and top turns lightly brown, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut each muffin into four and serve while warm.
