Hungarian Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boston butt ground 1 time or 1 lb. pork & 1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. rice, regular not minute
    1 large can of tomato juice
    1 can sauerkraut, drained - large can
    1 very large or 2 regular cabbage heads
Preparation
    Mix meat, egg, onion, rice in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cut around core of cabbage and remove it.
    Put cabbage in large pan of boiling water.
    Cook a few minutes until leaves can be removed.
    Remove leaves 1 at a time.
    Do not use very small leaves.
